Due to continued and prolonged illness within the team and a high volume of bookings. Until 5th January 2025 we will aim to have booking conformations or changes to booking confirmations sent out with 72 hours of a deposit being paid.
A message from Company Director John
While we realise this may not be acceptable to some, the health of the people working hard to ensure bookings run smoothly will always come first for me therefore I completely understand if this temporary decision means you feel uncomfortable booking with us
We are battling against 3 of my family/team being ill (1 with a life changing illness) and also dealing with mechanical failures. The importance of completing upcoming bookings is paramount to my ethics therefore this is the best decision for everybody including current customers
