* 30 minute Discovery Call is to get to know you and what it is you are looking for. No work will be carried out until this is done.
* After your Discovery Call, if you decide to go ahead with my services I will email you a contract for you to sign.

* Once the contract is signed, I will then invoice you for the amount agreed.
* Work on your order will commence when payment has been made.
* I will email you some watermarked PNG ideas and you will then choose the style you like and get back to me to change anything you need to. After initially choosing your style you then have 2 edits included in the price. This is why the Discovery Call is vital, I need to have a very clear understanding of what you are looking for.
* After I have received email confirmation that you are happy with the final design, I will then send you the final work via email as a PNG. I will also send you a copy of each image in High Resolution so that you are able to use off social media for printing purposes.
* Images are not to be altered or modified in any way.
