Робоча мова фестивалю:
українська, англійська, інша іноземна мова (для фільмів іноземного виробництва обов'язкові субтитри українською мовою).
До участі приймаються:
- професійні та самодіяльні автори;
- телекомпанії, телеасоціації;
- студенти профільних вузів

Програма фестивалю:
Офіційна програма фестивалю складається з попереднього та фестивального етапів.

На попередньому етапі:
-Надання екранних робіт авторів;
-перегляд робіт журі;
- відбір робіт для участі у фестивальній частині конкурсу;
- відбір робіт для участі у Міжнародному фестивалі «Слов'янська казка» у Болгарії.

Фестивальний етап конкурсу включає:
- перегляд робіт фіналістів учасниками фестивалю та журі;
- Визначення переможців за номінаціями;
- Нагородження переможців цінними подарунками.

Конкурсні відео-номінації:
- ігровий короткометражний фільм (до 30 хв)
- ігровий повнометражний фільм (до 180 хвилин)
- анімаційний фільм (до 120 хв)
- кліп (до 10 хв)
- документальний фільм (до 30 хв)
- телепрограма (до 30 хв)

Журі фестивалю має право запровадити додаткові номінації.

Від одного автора (авторського колективу) у кожній номінації допускається не більше 2-х робіт.

NOTE, the festival director has recently posted this but also that this year's festival is STILL happening. You know what to do.
