Budgerigar Society 2026 Rings

Members who ordered their 2026 rings by the cut off deadline will have begun to receive their rings in the past 48 hours.

If members have not received their rings by Wednesday, please call or text message our ring supplier, Erich, on 07941 615560 and he will then track the order or deal with any other issues for you.

The General.Council wish to place on record its thanks to Erich and his wife for their ongoing amazing service to our members.

We're a Family Run Business, launched at the beginning of 2021 located in West Sussex. We have been bird keepers for 20 years and understand the importance of quality leg rings with a fast turnaround to meet the customers needs.

West norfolk budgerigar club will be holding their November meeting, this coming Tuesday evening 25th November, at Clenchwarton memorial hall, with a 7.30 pm start.
All new and old members are very welcome.

Budgerigar Society Ring Colour Palette News

At a recent meeting of the Budgerigar Society General Council, it was agreed that the Society will no longer follow the WBO ring colour rotation. The colour will now be decided on an annual basis and will not be identified in advance of being despatched.

Due to the escalating number and expanding area of cases of avian influenza in kept and wild birds, the AIPZ with mandatory housing measures to protect poultry & captive birds will be extended to the whole of England for all keepers of over 50 birds and all keepers who sell or give away eggs or poultry products (even if they keep fewer than 50 birds). These measures will come into force from 00:01 on Thursday 06 November.

Sadly we have had to cancel tomorrow evening meeting at Clenchwarton Tuesday 30th September. This is due to so many people calling off due to Holiays and illness.
Our next meeting will be Tuesday 25th November.

This error also appears in the Peterborough and South Lincs schedule.
