Dales Traditional Butchers in Kirkby Lonsdale don't source their meat from the cheapest supplier they can find. They actually visit local reputable farmers and choose the best animals for themselves before anyone else gets a chance to buy them.
They also pay a fair price, butcher the meat themselves and therefore have accountability and knowledge of how and where the animals have been raised.
This means a great deal for farmers, quality local produce for you and your family and that the money you spend will stay in the local economy rather than going to greedy shareholders.
Even if you aren't concerned about the plight of farmers, or the local economy surely you only want the best for your family especially at Christmas .
