The Bank holiday confidence boosting shot in the arm show we booth needed requires first tracks for both the first and second hours.
In Mark Murphy's -Big book of how to make big radio - it says "A first track should always be upbeat to try and hook in the audience" So over to you guys Track ideas please and make them upbeat !

Yes, Matt & Simon return to BBC Radio Suffolk on Bank Holiday Monday(30th) in a confidence boosting 2 hour special, on hearing the news Simon said " I'm telling you Matt, they love us" Matt replied "I'm not so sure, but its better then a poke in the eye" Simon then proceeded to poke Matt in the eye for 2 hours...
