I managed to cook pasta! For most people cooking pasta is easy peasy but for some disabled people like myself lifting a heavy pan is very hard and can be very dangerous. I myself have scalded myself a few times with hot pans and hot water. Tonight a friend suggested cooking pasta in the microwave so I gave it a go and it worked! This might be a small thing to some but to me it’s a big thing as it opens up my meal options so much.
