He mapped it all out.

Offer structure? Nailed.
Client journey? Sharp.
Timeline? Aggressively doable.

He didn’t need coaching.
He needed the damn thing built.

But when it came to landing pages, automations, and “just one quick integration”…
2am hit.
And he was still troubleshooting buttons that didn’t connect.

This guy used to lead multi-million pound projects.
And here he was - elbow-deep in platform hell - building a business he knew could scale if he could just get it live.

So I stepped in.
Cleaned up the mess.
Got it out the door.
Polished, functional, and revenue-ready.
