🎉 We're celebrating 7 Years of Luva™, and what a journey it's been so far!
Last year, in particular, was our most challenging year. We did not stop for breath!

Some key highlights for me include:

1. 🔐 We took a strategic step in safeguarding our future and became trademarked Luva™

2. Our team grew:
- 👩‍💻 Ella, our digital marketing apprentice, is excelling in her role with only one exam left.
- 🎨 Pedro, our graphic designer, has brought some Brazilian culture to our team. We're loving his Brigadeiros!

3. 🎥 Video Services expanded: We produced over ten videos for a single client, saving their customer service team 25+ hours weekly in onboarding calls.

4. 🌍 International Success: We won a tender against German and Spanish agencies and now manage global social media and paid ads for a German company.

🤝 Our journey wouldn't have been possible without the loyal support of our clients. A huge thank you to those who have been with us since the very beginning. 🙏

3 months ago, I recruited Pedro, our in-house graphic designer.

His design skills are outstanding, having worked with some of the leading agencies in Brazil for over 7 years, and his written English was better than most other candidates! He also has a coding background and edits videos.

He's fitted into our team so wonderfully, as he shares our values and is the most supportive team colleague to Ella.

Just couldn't resist taking a snap of them today working on a client's video.

What a way to end the year - 2 bright sparks ✨ and hopefully a new team member joining us soon!

Ella is our Digital Marketing Apprentice, who’s been working with Luva since April. We’re happy to announce that she has just completed her 3-month probationary period and is now entering month four.

Ella currently specialises in social media content creation and management but hopes to expand her skills and knowledge towards all areas of Digital Marketing. 🤩

She has recently started learning all about website development and the world of SEO. With her continuing hard work and studying, we know Ella will reach her next target successfully.
