The Lizzardfrequency as a band and as musicians from a British working class background have always had an ethos of seeing both sides and talking and finding a reasoning for this life. That's what art music and creative souls do. We thought we had a handle on it understanding or not the way of the World and human politics. We've lived our lives watching the middle East in disbielf and the next and constant mindless violence in the name of the same god and want for a home land. We've always been told who the Badies were. But we stopped listening to that narrative long long ago. Many years ago when we were very young we saw mindlesas hate filled oppression from the strong to the weak. We realized that we were being feed a lie on the back of a collective guilt. No more will we stand silent, killing a population is simply collective punishment and Genocide and now the reason for their 'Final Solution'. We wonder wheather people in the UK and US can't see the childrens faces. We must stop feeling guilt and call out the murders in cahrge of a nation. If one man or woman can see hate they can stop it. Lizzardfrequency ask Isreal the people of just another country no more no less than any other to please raise up and stop the old men who are blood crazy. An eye for an eye is against any law, There is a world where all can live. People of Palestine we understand you are in no position to stop your leaders but we are standing with you knowing just like in Ireland there is a tomorrow. Old Men rule this world, they make money from hate and war this is all this is really about, Land, weapons, money. WE CAN'T SEE ANY MORE CHILDREN IN FEAR, PAIN CONFUSION AND GREIF, HOW CAN YOU. WE WOULD SAY CONTACT YOUR LOCAL MP BUT WE KNOW THAT'S FUTILE.
