𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆.

I found this photo of me recently - I must’ve been about three.
And what am I doing? Stroking a goat … of course!

Not a toy, not a balloon, not even holding an ice cream… just happily risking my fingers through the fence with an animal. No such thing as health and safety in those days! 🤣

It’s funny, but not much has changed for me.

To this day, if I’m invited to a party or a gathering, you’ll usually find me in one of two places:
✅ In the kitchen, helping with the washing up
✅ Or giving the family dog a bit of quiet company

I never really liked being the centre of attention. I’m not the loudest in the room.

But give me a gentle soul - animal or human - and I’ll show up fully, with everything I’ve got.

It’s probably why I love what I do now.💖
Building a business that allows me to connect on a genuine and deeper level, work quietly and consistently in my own way, and surround myself with people (and yes, animals too) that feel good to be around.

This online space isn’t just for the bold or the brash.
It’s for the heart-led. The patient ones. The quiet grafters who are ready to build something steady and meaningful.

So, if that’s you now - or if it’s always been you - and you want to come take a look, just know:

There’s space here for the ones who stroke the goat instead of grabbing the spotlight, too. 🐐💛

For years, I watched other people creating freedom, flexibility and more financial breathing space - while I stayed stuck in the same old cycle.

I wanted something different … but I didn’t want to get burned. I didn’t want to jump into something blind. I just wanted to see what it was all about before making a decision.

So, if that’s where you are right now - this is for you 👇

✨𝙏𝙚𝙖𝙢 𝙎𝙥𝙤𝙩𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩: 𝙅𝙪𝙡𝙞𝙚 𝙂𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙣 ✨

Every so often, someone comes into your life who leaves a mark—not through grand gestures, but through quiet strength, unwavering resilience, and the way they just keep showing up.

Julie Green is one of those people.

When I first met Julie, she was living in Devon and joined me on a 28-day gratitude practice I was running through The Magic by Rhonda Byrne. She was navigating one of the most difficult chapters of her life—grieving the loss of her beloved husband Jeremy, her best friend of 26 years, while also facing the heartbreaking task of selling their home and moving to Northern Ireland to care for her 91-year-old dad.

She had to say goodbye to her equine therapy business, relocate her two horses across the Irish Sea, and even say farewell to one old soul who couldn’t make the journey. All while carrying the weight of grief and enormous change.

But here’s the thing about Julie: she never gave up.

In January 2024, after watching quietly in the background, she reached out and said she was ready to take a leap and join the business. And from that moment on, she has consistently amazed me.

Julie is the very definition of grit. She shows up, does the work, supports the team, and brings wisdom, kindness, and calm wherever she goes. Even on the toughest days—especially on the toughest days—she chooses growth. She chooses to keep moving forward.

We’ve never met in person (yet!), but I already count her as a true friend. And come July, we’ll be raising a glass together in Belfast—probably a pint of Guinness and having a good laugh. Can’t wait to give her the BIGGEST hug ever!

Julie, I see you. I admire you. And I’m so proud to have you on this journey with me.

Here’s to your next chapter. I know it’s going to be extraordinary. 💛

Working hard … but missing the moments that matter most?

The hardest thing about being a working mum wasn’t the long hours.
It was the moments I missed.😔

This is me and my beautiful daughter - she was five years old here, being a bridesmaid.

At the time, I was working 50+ hours a week as an Office Manager. On paper, I had a “good” job. But the truth? I was missing out on the very reason I worked so hard in the first place.

I rarely got to pick her up from school.
Breakfast was always a rushed scramble.
Evenings were a blur of dinner, bath, and bed - and then back to the grind the next day.

Thank goodness for my mum and dad who stepped in so much – but even so, the cost of childcare and holiday clubs, particularly over the long summer holidays, often felt like I was working just to pay someone else to look after, and enjoy time with, my child.

It’s a heartbreaking reality for so many women.
And wanting to end this cycle is one of the reasons why I said: enough is enough.

I found a way to create an income online that works around life - not the other way around.

And if any of this feels painfully familiar to you … I’m here to show you what else is possible.✨

Pop me a message if this speaks to your heart.

✨ 𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥-𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐌𝐢𝐝𝐰𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥-𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐨𝐦 ✨

Last year in Japan, I had the absolute privilege of meeting this inspiring woman, Lisa Foggon, face-to-face—and her story has stuck with me ever since.

She was a Midwife. Working all hours. Mum to two boys with another on the way. On paper, it looked like she was living her dream supporting other mums … but inside? She was burnt out. Physically exhausted. Constantly torn between being a good mum and being a reliable nurse.😔

And she made a bold decision most people wouldn’t dare make.

She joined the business that I am so proud to be a part of with a newborn in one arm and two toddlers at her feet - and within just over 2 years, she’d retired herself AND her husband. No more shift work. No more missing moments. No more trading time for money.

Today? They’re travelling around Australia as a family of five.
Working online, homeschooling, making memories. Living free.

She said to me:

“I knew if I didn’t change something, nothing was going to change.
I didn’t have the money. I didn’t have the time. But I had a vision.
And I was willing to get uncomfortable to create a life I couldn’t wait to wake up to.”

Honestly, she’s the embodiment of what’s possible when women back themselves.🌟

If this story lit something up inside you - even just a flicker - don’t ignore it.

I’m here to guide you. We’ve got the vehicle.

You just need the vision.

Let’s talk.😊

𝐋𝐞𝐭 𝐦𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐞 𝐦𝐲𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟...

If you’re new around here—or maybe you’ve been quietly watching for a while—hello, I’m Elaine 👋

I live in the Lincolnshire countryside here in the UK with my husband Richard, our beloved horses, our cheeky dog, and my wonderful mum who I also care for.

For 40 years, I worked in law offices. It paid the bills (just), but it drained my soul. I felt stuck, unfulfilled, and like life was slipping through my fingers.😔

As a mum, I clearly remember trying to juggle my responsible role as Office Manager whilst biting back the disappointment of missing out on school collection time and various other little moments that matter the most.

Our morning routine was frantic; rushing around to get everything and everybody ready, no time to enjoy being together over a leisurely breakfast.

In more recent years, I continued to work long hours feeling burnt out, and I have first-hand experience of what it’s like to lie awake at night worrying ... about the job, about money, retirement and what the future holds etc. etc.

And as women, that feeling of purpose can often disappear as the kids move out, I've found - particularly when you’ve spent your life putting everyone else first.

BUT these days?

✨𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 - 𝐈’𝐦 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭.✨

An on.line business that gives me time, purpose, and the ability to help other women create something for themselves too.

It’s helped me rediscover my spark, and I’m here to show others that they can do the same.

So, if you’re a dog-mad, horse-hugging woman – whatever your age … working long hours, juggling all the plates, wearing ALL the hats, and quietly wondering “Is this all there is?”

You’ve arrived at the right place.🙏

I’m not here to “sell” to you. I’m here to lead.

And if you're ready to explore what else is possible, you’re welcome to take a walk with me, to find out more.

So, stick around for the stories, the real, sometimes deep, talk, and a splash of British humour, too.😁

And if you’re curious about what I actually do, just drop a “?” in the comments or message me.

Retirement Anxiety: Are You Feeling the Pressure?

As we approach those years that are meant to be what we’ve worked for all our lives, many of us can’t help but feel a wee bit anxious about what’s to come. The thought of not having enough to live on can be downright terrifying! 😳

For many women of a certain age group (ahem!), the fear of running out of money in retirement is all too real. You’ve worked hard all your life, but maybe you’re looking at your savings and thinking, “Is this really enough to keep me comfy?” Or worse, maybe you have no savings at all.😱

Just look at what we’re facing:

- Rising Costs: Everything seems to be getting pricier, and it’s tough to keep up!
- Debt Burdens: Whether it’s credit cards or loans, debt can feel like a heavy weight on our shoulders.
- Health Care Costs: yes - despite our amazing NHS that we love, we may still face medical expenses as the Government chip away at the investment required to keep it going.
- Limited Income: Many of us may not have a pension or other income sources lined up for retirement.

As a horse woman too, my biggest fear has been not being able to afford to keep my beautiful boy, Cracker. Maybe you’re worried about how you’ll keep the horsey lifestyle going too!🤷‍♀️

But there is some good news, my friends! ✨

Firstly, you’re not alone in this stage of your journey - there are many of us facing the same challenges as you, and there ARE steps you can take to ease that anxiety.

Start by taking a good look at your finances—create a budget and if you feel it’s necessary, consider speaking with a financial advisor who understands your unique situation.

And remember, it’s never too late to start planning a new future for yourself. Maybe it’s time to consider exploring new income opportunities, investing in yourself, and surrounding yourself with a supportive community (like us!), there’s always hope for a brighter future. 🌟

Let’s chat about your concerns, and your dreams too, for retirement. It’s perfectly possible to create a plan that helps you feel secure and excited for what lies ahead! I should know - I’ve done just that! 🥳

Drop a comment or DM me if you’d like to share your thoughts or if you need some encouragement. You’re not alone - we’re facing this time of our lives together, and I truly believe it can be the best time of our lives too!💫

𝙀𝙭𝙩𝙧𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙩 𝙤𝙧 𝙄𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙩?

Which category do you think you fit into?🤷‍♀️

I know which one I am, without any shadow of a doubt – and that’s “Team Introvert”. And do you know, it’s something I’ve always felt ashamed of; in fact, it was my natural horsemanship journey that taught me I had nothing to be ashamed of.

As a child, I was painfully shy. I would 𝗡𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥 put my hand up in class, for example. I had a small, close group of friends – but found it extremely difficult to mix with others.

The thing is, I’ve discovered something quite important since I started my online business 3 years ago; I’ve found out that you don’t have to be a go-getter to go and get. You just need to be willing to do what is suggested for you, and coachable.✨

You can still create incredible success in life, and you can do it with love, and care, and empathy, and compassion – and 𝙔𝙀𝙎, even introverts can create that success, too. In fact, introverts do particularly well in this business model – and the reason for that is that at some point, it requires a one-to-one conversation.

Now, the one-to-one conversation is like the specialist subject for the introvert; direct us into a room full of people, and we will cower away in the corner; but put us in a situation where we can talk to someone about what is important to us and have that person listen and show interest, that is where we excel.🥳

The extrovert on the other hand, wants that big, lively room to feed off all that high energy. Many an extrovert will find the one-to-one conversation a real challenge; maybe it is just too boring, too quiet and far too low key for them. Who knows?

And being an introvert can make you a great leader too. It’s not necessarily a requisite, but introverts do tend to be more understanding and can often listen with a more attuned ear – perhaps even reading between the lines a little easier than an extrovert. It certainly should not stop you from going all in on this business!

So, if you’re like me – an introvert in her fifties (just!) wanting to spread love and kindness around the world whilst impacting other women and their families, think about this … this stage in our lives can be transformational; it can be a pivotal moment full of opportunities to rediscover our passions and purpose in life.

It can be a time when we can start, at last, to think about ourselves again – and even if we are carers (as I am), this opportunity can still fit into the schedule of “the sandwich generation”, believe me!

𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗔𝗟𝗢𝗡𝗘. Come and join a community of like-minded women who are on the same journey. I invite you to join me for a one-to-one conversation over a cup of tea or coffee, virtual or otherwise, to see if this may be a good fit for you right now; no pressure, just the information you need about how we are changing our lives. Private message me and I’ll send you the link to join our warm and welcoming facebook group of women just like you.

There really is nothing lost by looking!☺
