Last year in Japan, I had the absolute privilege of meeting this inspiring woman, Lisa Foggon, face-to-faceโand her story has stuck with me ever since.
She was a Midwife. Working all hours. Mum to two boys with another on the way. On paper, it looked like she was living her dream supporting other mums โฆ but inside? She was burnt out. Physically exhausted. Constantly torn between being a good mum and being a reliable nurse.๐
And she made a bold decision most people wouldnโt dare make.
She joined the business that I am so proud to be a part of with a newborn in one arm and two toddlers at her feet - and within just over 2 years, sheโd retired herself AND her husband. No more shift work. No more missing moments. No more trading time for money.
Today? Theyโre travelling around Australia as a family of five.
Working online, homeschooling, making memories. Living free.
She said to me:
โI knew if I didnโt change something, nothing was going to change.
I didnโt have the money. I didnโt have the time. But I had a vision.
And I was willing to get uncomfortable to create a life I couldnโt wait to wake up to.โ
Honestly, sheโs the embodiment of whatโs possible when women back themselves.๐
If this story lit something up inside you - even just a flicker - donโt ignore it.
Iโm here to guide you. Weโve got the vehicle.
You just need the vision.
Letโs talk.๐
