Customers of TalkTalk who are in their 80’s and one of them in extremely poor health, have been left to wait in their bungalow for an unknown length of time until their phone line is activated and broadband. They informed TT of their moving in date and even had a confirmation letter stating it will be activated on 18th of October. It’s the 24th today and they have nothing! At their age, living in the countryside with no mobile signal in the house, they can’t even call 999 in an emergency if one of them became very poorly. Just unbelievable! I was there to sort their TV aerial out but took it upon myself to get on the ladder with their mobile phone to get enough signal to sort it with TT myself. #TalkTalk #customerservice #aardvarkinstallations BBC Watchdog
