DIY PRINTING/INDIE PRESS
I tried to get my manuscript published for over a year. Conventional publishers were occasionally encouraging, but the overriding message was it wasn’t for them. The implication was it wasn’t commercial enough. So using skills garnered from my time studying graphic design, I typeset the manuscript and designed the cover ready for printing under my own imprint. This inspired me to do the same for other people. If your writing is niche, idiosyncratic, unconventional or otherwise unlikely to gain interest from major publishing houses, I offer bespoke design and layout and different packages for small print runs of books you can sell online or hand to hand.
