It’s ironic on my daughter’s Birthday we officially launch the Henley Man Club website . Please share and this is for all men who maybe struggling or even if you are not !! We are a group of men Volunteers in a non profit Group with an aim to improve the male identity and do great stuff for the local community with Luke Dorn PT and DJ One Deck it’s good to talk !!

Mental health is a practise. By learning to talk and listen we can develop our mental strength and implement a positive mindset and habits. We meet regularly in Henley-on-Thames, and we are here to listen, to share, and to support each other:

I have just read the article in the Henley Herald and just wanted to say that I think the Henley Man Club sounds like a great idea. So many people I know are struggling right now (including myself) and so many of them are men. I too have known far too many over the years that lost the battle with their locked up emotions so I know how important communication and understanding is.

Is it just a turn up on the day thing at the Bull on the 11th or do you need to book in?
