The maternity leave must-do for YOU, where babies get to watch mummy do what she loves most…exercise!
I get to know each of you individually to accommodate your postnatal needs. Modifications are provided for all exercises to accommodate differing fitness levels and postpartum symptoms.
The mums here have progressed week on week to return to sit-ups, planks, weights and impact, by feeling empowered and educated in their own bodies.
It’s all about “how” you do an exercise postpartum, not about “what” you do.
Safe is a feeling.

On Friday evening, we welcomed visitors onto the trail and it was so lovely to witness all of your excitement for the installations as you wandered the trail together.
We are lucky to work with such incredible artists and it is wonderful to see our hard work come alive for another magical year.
We are very conscious of the disappointment caused by this weekend’s adverse weather conditions and appreciate everyone who has shown kindness and patience with our team as we have navigated these changes.
Our hope is to welcome any guests affected wherever possible and as quickly as we can through alternative booking options. And we give assurance that our customer support team are working hard to reply to emails.
