Find out why 69 is just a number to Regency England's most rampant geriatric - William Douglas, 4th Duke of Queensberry, 'Old Q'.
It's a heartwarming tale of hot chocolate, comfy blankets, early nights and Greek-themed or**es.

How does a man in his 80s 'please' the ladies?
How fast can you drive a carriage?
Why should you never accept a milkshake from this man?
What would Horatio Nelson say?

The answer to all these questions and a few more can be found in episode 39 of Rogues Gallery Uncovered - The Podcast of Bad Behaviour in Period Costume.

After ten years, millions of views, over 70,000 subscribers at its height, age restrictions, demonetisations, and visibility throttling, YouTube has finally - and somewhat bizarrely seeing as how I haven't uploaded a video in over three years - terminated the Rogues Gallery Online video channel.
Considering the platform is well-known for being censorious algorithm-driven hypocrites I'm not surprised and my visual content did often walk a fine line but what I am pi**ed off about are the thousands of messages and comments from people who enjoyed it over the years which I stupidly never saved.
I'm appealing, but as I was never allowed enough reach to become really big, I don't make them any money and to be fair some of the - historically relevant - imagery could be considered arousing ( which is against the rules) i'm not holding out a lot of hope.
Good job I saw this coming and started doing a podcast instead 54000 downloads to date, so f**k em.

No one expects the fifteenth century's biggest party pooper, Tomas de Torquemada and the Spanish Inquisition.

What should you do if you see someone wearing fancy clothes on a Sunday?
How many ways can you denounce your neighbour?
Is a 'Papal Bull' a type of livestock?
Was Torquemada evil or just 'over-keen'?

The answers to these questions ( and some dungeon sound effects) can be found in episode 38 of Rogues Gallery Uncovered - The Podcast of Bad Behaviour in Period Costume.

Take a walk on the very wild side in 18th century London with teenage "Lad About Town," William Hickey.
There's s*x, booze, fighting and disrespecting of elders - what's the youth of yesterday coming to?

Is stealing a rowing boat morally unacceptable?
Which was the most violent pub in London - possibly?
What do you do when caught in bed with another man's mistress?
Should you ever drink anything described as "..a villainous compound of filth?"

All these and many more questions will be answered in episode 38 of Rogues Gallery Uncovered - The podcast of bad behaviour in period costume.
