Last week, the Transition team were in London for the live broadcast of #Kidmas Live for Barnardo's . Transition were drafted in to supply full Outside Broadcast facilities for the live stream. The show was presented by Natasha Kaplinsky and featured a performance by Jamie Cullum . Big thanks to Cornerswell Design for having us :)

On the second day of lockdown the Transition team were on a rather unusual gig. A Liam Gallagher show on the river Thames! Transition supplied the full camera package and Outside Broadcast unit for the shoot. Such an amazing week spent at Thruxton Race Circuit for Roborace beta event 1.1 . Roborace is a competition with autonomous/driverless, electrically powered vehicles with teams from all over the world racing the cars remotely. Transition supplied the 12 camera outside broadcast package, 12,500m of fibre-optic cable, OB unit and crew for the event. All 12 camera feeds were streamed to a cloud based server via SRT Encoders. The show was directed and cut from Canada whilst the AR element of the job was controlled from Russia. Big thanks to Xtraction and Boombox Group for having us and an extra thanks to Delta Crew for the on-site support.
