If we're talking about supporting children's mental health in schools, then music should always be part of the conversation.

🎵 Singing releases endorphins and oxytocin – the same chemicals that help us feel happier and more relaxed.

🎵 Singing is the ultimate form of self-expression and soul expression. It helps to release your inhibitions and it gives you the freedom to be yourself.

🎵 Singing for the joy of singing builds confidence, self-worth and self-respect.

🎵 Singing is aerobic and helps with breathing, heart rate and relaxation. It also helps to relieve stress and muscle tension.

Over the years we've done lots of research and written many blogs of the incredible power of singing. It should always be part of any conversation around building community, confidence and joy.
