Top tips to reduce knee pain
1️⃣ Movement is medicine- keep that knee moving, bend and straighten it frequently even when resting
2️⃣ Strength training is your friend- not using your knee muscles is one sure way of making the pain worse.. don’t be shy to a little resistance training
