Haddington Pipe Band lead Joe Forte funeral cortege through Haddington High Street
It was a poignant afternoon in Haddington today when the funeral service of one of the town's most respected former traders, Joe Forte, was held. The cortege, led by Haddington Pipe Band, passed Mr Forte's former sports shop on High Street following a service at St Mary's Parish Church. RIP Joe - a true gentleman and a Haddington legend.
The winds were very strong along East Lothian's coastline yesterday but that didn't stop kite surfers from using the gusts to their advantage.
