Hi everyone! The National Student Television Awards (NaSTA) are back this year on 5th-7th April and are being hosted in Manchester!

Tickets are £80 but StagTV will be covering half of this, so you'll only be paying £40! Link is in our bio. Once you have bought a ticket, you will need to invoice StagTV (tutorial incoming) so you can get your money back!

For transport, we are going by minibus and the costs of this will be covered fully by StagTV! For accommodation, costs will also be split half and will also need to be invoiced. More info on that coming soon.

We really hope you can come and support StagTV! There will be talks from industry guests, free food, free drinks, and an afterparty! It's going to be a lot of fun so we'll see you there 😉

Hi everyone! We've got another great filming opportunity for you on Friday 24th November for Musical Theatre Society's Autmn Showcase!

We'll be recording it in the style of a livestream so this will be good way for you to gain practice doing a TV broadcast, without the pressure of it being live!

Hi everyone! We've got a fun filming opportunity on Monday 23rd October shooting a "hot wings" episode for Surrey's basketball team !

It will be located in the TV Studio (07 AC 01) with set up starting at 4:30pm and the shoot starting at 6pm.

If you don't know how to get there let us know and we can arrange to meet you at the library's back entrance!

This is a great opportunity for you to get hands on with our filming equipment, and for those who came to the training sessions to apply your new knowledge!

Hi everyone! We've got some exciting training sessions lined up this week!

On Wednesday 12pm-5pm, we've got two former StagTV committee members, Sam Chilton and Luke Phillips, running a training session on the pre-production and planning stages of a film, directing a mini film shoot, and we also have Luke teaching us how to edit audio!

On Thursday 6:30pm-8pm, Sam will also be running a DaVinci Resolve training session!

Both sessions will be in the Stag Media Office.

This is great opportunity for you to gain new skills, or to refresh your knowledge if you already have experience 🙌

Our first session is TOMORROW (28th September) at 6:30pm in the Stag Media Office! It is between Hillside Coffee and Rubix - a video guide will be posted on our story tomorrow and there will also be signs and people outside to point you in the right direction!

This is a taster session where all our kit will be out for everyone to try. We will be introducing the committee to everyone, talking more about what we do as a society, have a chat with you all and we'll be giving out FREE PIZZA for everyone who attends to enjoy!

Bring your friends as well if they're interested! Afterward, you can go onto the Surrey Union website to sign up for our free membership for you to become a member and be eligible for future emails, sessions, and events, like socials and bar-crawls.
