Francis now sits on five Cyber Security Panels and is the Cyber Security National Lead for the FSB (Federation of Small Businesses).

Along with his Co-host Marc Fernandes, they aim to normalize discussions around mental health topics through honest and relatable conversations with real people who are shattering mental health stigmas and finding their voices.
In addition to the podcast, Erik spends winters as a ski instructor for the Aspen Skiing Company and summers as the lead mountain bike coach for Sacred Cycle, a Colorado based nonprofit whose mission is to empower survivors of sexual abuse and sexual assault through therapy and cycling.
