The Hammond House Productions team were busy last week filming urban art for Big Local North Cleethorpes, developments at Our big picture for the Heritage Channel and the regeneration of Grimsby Town Centre for North East Lincolnshire Council.
The Hammond House Productions team were at The Grimsby Institute last night to capture an event at the Gallery Restaurant in support of the British Heart Foundation. A team of amateur cooks from Forrester Boyd Chartered Accountants competed with a team from Handelsbanken and Bridge McFarland LLP to raise money for this worthwhile cause. Under the guidance of Chef Patron Steve Bennett from Healing Manor, the two teams designed and cooked a three-course meal for invited guests who showed their appreciation with substantial charitable donations.
The Hammond House team used a combination of time lapse footage, drone footage, interviews and B-roll to capture the work that went on behind the scenes to prepare the meals. Post-production was carried out on site with a mobile editing suite so the six-minute film could be played to the guests during the evening.

Older People's Event - Big Local North Cleethorpes and Later Life Partnership
Big Local North Cleethorpes is dedicated to supporting the local community in North East Lincolnshire. Improving the lives of older people is an important part of the programme, helping older people to stay safe and live better lives.
Last week, project manager Karl Elliott attended an older people's event at Cleethorpes Memorial Hall, organised by the Later Life Partnership NEL. The event was a great opportunity for Big Local North Cleethorpes to share their initiatives, offer advice and support, and meet members of the local community.

Safer Streets - East Marsh Grimsby - Hammond House Productions
We have been working with Safer Streets East Marsh , North East Lincolnshire Council and Humberside Police to highlight and promote the Safer Streets East Marsh project in Grimsby.
The Safer Streets scheme sets out to improve the safety of public spaces for all, through a range of innovative and traditional prevention measures such as CCTV and improved street lighting.
According to Safer Streets East Marsh
"Funding has been allocated to community partners to deliver creative interventions to tackle crime and improve the quality of our spaces. We are also able to equip residents with additional security measures to reduce the threat of crime."
"The programme is about making sure that our residents can go about their lives without the fear of crime and anti-social behaviour, improving the strength of the community by making sustainable changes for everyone living and working here."
The project is being delivered in partnership with East Marsh residents, for East Marsh residents.
