Thinking of You week Greeting Card Association

Next in our "I saw designed this and thought of you" campaign for Thinking of You week is Talking Pictures designer, Clare.

“The Violet Ink range I have designed for Talking Pictures was inspired by mark making and pattern. The finishes are a big part of these designs. I really enjoyed exploring how best to use these finishes to make the most out of the designs. The foil and emboss provide an element of luxury, while the layered icons give a 3D feel. It's a design I'd love to give to male relations and friends to celebrate those milestone birthdays.”

It's Thinking of You week! Greeting Card Association

To celebrate, we're posting a series of three posts over the week featuring our wonderful in-house creative team and asking who and what inspires their creative design process, in a campaign we’re calling "I designed this and thought of you."

First up, we have artist Carolyn.. “ I had all pet lovers in mind when I designed this range, but for this design, I took inspiration from my brother’s dog Max – as he looks just like this! I also kept seeing cockerpoo doggies everywhere at the time, so I just had to paint one!”
