Drawing inspiration from the centenary of Alice Buckton’s 1922 ‘Glastonbury Past and Present’ pageant and film, 'Avalon of the Heart' records a myriad of marvellous events in 2022, tying Glastonbury’s past and present together.
Pageants, parades, and performances are juxtapositioned with Glastonbury's history, myths, legends and foundation stories.
Glastonbury Town Hall on Wednesday 20th December - doors open at 6.45pm for a 7.30pm screening.
Tickets £5 in advance from Glastonbury Information Centre or on the door.

Free Food boxes every Saturday in Glastonbury.
We are working with Fareshare SW who are supplying us weekly with food boxes for anyone experiencing food insecurity. If you are in need or know anyone who is, will be giving these out at 2pm every Saturday from the music shop, 51 Glastonbury High street, just come and ask for one. Free hot food will continue to be served at 4pm as usual.
The boxes contain all ambient items (ie not needing refrigeration) coffee, tea, pasta and sauce, tins of veg, soup, rice, biscuits, porridge and whatever extras Fareshare have at hand and we will give out 1 box per person.
