Footsteps Unseen Footage
An essential part of mountaineering expeditions that isn’t often shown is all the people working behind the scenes and supporting along the way as expeditions head to the big mountains. Here is some unseen footage from the Footsteps expedition to Nepal, that didn’t make it into the final film. Having so much footage from the expedition team and the in-country production team was amazing. We had the challenging job of condensing over 100 hours of footage down into a 30 minute film, meaning many moments were left on the cutting room floor. Making decisions about what does and doesn't tell the story succinctly is tough, but key to success. Footsteps encapsulates the characters of the expedition team as well as those who journey with them, and gives a refreshing and different perspective to mountaineering trips.
Footsteps is showing at the The Scottish Outdoor and Adventure Film Tour. Keep an eye on their socials for venues and ticket information, and other films showing.

Tasked by @i2analtical to create a film that explains the service offering of their newly upgraded site in East Kilbride, Scotland, we created a company explainer video and single-shot FPV fly-through video to explain who i2 are, what they do and what makes them unique.
The assets, which include videos formatted for web, social media, and events, have proved invaluable for communicating with old and new customers, especially at tradeshows.
The JHPVisuals team worked with the talented Alfie Marsh Film to capture the single-shot FPV assets during the shoot.

Dunnet Head
On a recent trip to Dunnet Head, the most northerly point on the British mainland, we captured the contrasting wild and calm of the North Sea, and some of the many sea birds that reside on it’s cliffs. #FilmMaking #ScottishProductionCompany #EnvironmentalFilmMaking
