Something that inspired this song: thinking how one choice could determine your future. Sometimes you might be wondering “what if?”, but that’s the problem: you lose your ability to be present, and end up tangled in your mind. Each one of these choices is a tiny, shimmering shard that distracts you from reality. I wrote this song to remind myself that today is enough, and your choice was good at the time you made it.
