We won a SILVER in the 2024 visualsation category for our work on Grand Brighton Hotel project. As far as I'm concerned it's as good as a win to me. The company is has been shortlisted each year since it's inception in 2020 so to bring an award home finally means the world to m

The BIGGEST thank you to my clients, particularly the team for their continued trust that I can showcase their design ideas effectively. It is always my absolute pleasure to do so and I love working with you all.

Congratulations to who took home gold for their project. As always an absolute credit to the work we do in Scotland. Worthy winners, and a great bunch of people.

And a massive congratulations to all the other winners and nominees. Keep smashing it out the park. It's so humbling to be included amongst the talent and dedication on show.

Also a huge thank you to Nicolle for collecting my award tonight in my absence, as I couldn't be there. The one time I can't......

I'm off before I start greetin...😅

As is my way, I thought I would share some of the further explorations of the Glasgow project by that I shared earlier this week. These didn't make the final selection as they are a little too focused for purpose. That doesn't stop them being wholly worthwhile developing and exploring.

To me, they offer opportunities to tease out some of the beautiful moments in a concept and focus on some of the lovely work done by the design team from new angles and new atmospheres. Really showcasing the spaces.

What do you think? Do you enjoy these types of shots?

With Glasgow already complete on site I thought I would share some of the CG images we created for the project to obtain design sign offs and approvals. The photos of the completed project were featured in the April 2024 issue and it was great to see the close comparison between the design CG images and what was installed on site. The concept by the team was fantastic and as always a great pleasure getting to bring this idea to life for them and Leonardo Hotels in our home city no less.

Our brand new website is live! Just in time for the Easter break.

The old site wasn't really fit for purpose anymore and a bit out of date. Totally egg-cited to get this fresh new one out there, I think has done a cracking job of it 🐣

Please do go take a look, then come back and let me know what you think. Hopefully with some kind of Easter related witty pun! 🐰

Silverlake at Dusk. This is a little exploration we did with a project we worked on with LA Architects. I always encourage creative exploration during a project, but also to remember those moments you discovered that maybe were left on the cutting room floor for various reasons and go back and flesh them out. Often, in ways that maybe didn't fit with the rest of the visual language at the time, or was constrained, or maybe time.

These are always fun to see things from a new and different perspective. I don't always share these creative explorations, but sometimes one just hits you in the feels. I did so love this project. ❤️

Time to break the self imposed silence. And what better way than with some of my favourite shots from this amazing completed project. A concept design for the Grand Brighton Hotel by our friends at

The studio has been incredibly busy. On top of marshaling a busy family there was very little time for anything else. Its been a very tough time personally and something had to give, So I dropped the social media side. I'm not sorry, it gave me the time I needed to get work done and ensure our clients received the same care and attention they deserve while also juggling the needs at home.

But all droughts have to end at some point, and it's time I made some time to share some of the amazing work we have been doing with our wonderful clients.

This one was a cracker from last year. There is so much to explore in the scenes but these are some of my favourites.

Let us know what you think. I personally would love to just sit in that window couch, maybe nap 😅
