We love talking to people! One client we've been working with for many years is SCENE, who are a fantastic interior fit out company based here in Glasgow, crafting beautiful interiors from whisky distilleries to modern offices. We've been able to follow their work whether it be filming in the workshop with the tools, flying drones over highland worksites or capturing finished shots of completed projects. Years of work in customer service, cameras sales and over a decade of filmmaking and photography has helped me find the experience and confidence to talk to just about anyone and the eventually obsessive knowledge of optics and photography to help bring that gift of the gab into a useful world of brilliant photography. It’s taken me all over Europe and helped me meet incredible people. All that experience gets carried with me into every shoot, whether it’s trying to photograph exhibition booths in Munich on an injured foot, interviewing professors about albatrosses in a sunny Cambridge garden or shooting weddings in big highland castles with children running around my feet. It’s all been a joy. And all that goes into every shoot. I’m proud of what I do and I’m excited to share it with you.

Really enjoyed getting a chance to try to brilliant full frame S5iiX thanks to the free loan scheme which let me try it on a variety of photography & video shoots over a weekend late last year & see if it’s the new camera body for me & the CMM kit. I’m glad to say with vastly improved autofocus, unlimited video across 10 bit codecs & so many more codec options it’s looking like what we’ll be investing in later this year. Can’t wait! Big thanks to . I will share shots from our S5iiX soon now that they are allowed for release.

We've been very proud to work with the incredible Include Me 2 Club over the last 5 years and it was a delight to pull together this video for the annual gala ball last Friday, seeing our videos from so many different projects come together.
IM2C are a brilliant charity, lifting the lives of people with additional support needs and their families across the Greater Glasgow area and beyond. Have a look and see.

LENS FOR SALE! Leica Lumix micro-four thirds wide angle zoom.

This brilliant lens gave me my foundation in using wider focal lengths to capture spaces these many years ago.

This is a brilliant, sharp and versatile lens that I would definitely be hanging on to if there weren't so many more pressing kit purchases needed for the next few months' shoots.

It's pretty pristine considering we've owned it for a number of years - it's been rarely used, only really for capturing big spaces in photo or the occasional video wide shot. We lost the storage bag - sorry!

Enjoyed shooting in Aberdeen yesterday doing a new interior shoot for an upcoming student accommodation build. Now owning our own full frame lens compliment for S5, it’s so much easier to work. The 16-35mm f4 Lumix S Pro is highly recommended for sharp, vibrant interior shots and the Sigma Art 105mm f1.4 is an incredible thing for remarkable close up detail shots.
Look forward to getting S5 II X in the near future to streamline the workflow even more so.

We're delighted to work with SCENEgineering Ltd interior fit out specialist every week. From simple 15 second socials videos in the workshop, to full architectural photography brochure shoots of finished sites, we provide a variety of media services to this busy company.
In construction, nothing stands still and we really enjoyed making this training video with the team. Fantastic organisation with fantastic people.

We loved working Owen and the wonderful team at Jannettas Gelateria in St. Andrews to make new video content and photos last year.

Great to see one of our videos of Owen showing us the craft of his ice cream on the landing page of their revamped site. If you live in Scotland you need to try ice cream at Jannetta's in St. Andrews sometime, it's amazing! All the flavour with all the history!

We love working with SCENEgineering, it's been a constant adventure since we first photographed Lagg Distillery on Arran for them in 2019.

This time our adventures with SCENE took us to Ben Nevis and the lovely folk at the Nevis Range, where SCENE are helping them to create a whole new chapter to their brilliant business.

Have a look and see how SCENE make things happen for Nevis Range at the workshop here in Glasgow and on site up in Nevis.

Thanks to our Robert Newth for his fantastic drone work on this project.

We look forward to sharing more about this as the building comes together and we share more material from our further visits to Nevis!
