Clients and friends, I've been forced to increase studio rates to match the last 2 years inflation.

It's only just struck how very crazy these times are economically. Rent, repairs, insurance, water, telecoms, fees and charges have become a little insane and a £400 electricity bill sealed the deal!

45/R is a place where fresh and unconventional artists should be able to nourish and explore their creativity and I'll do my best to ensure our doors are always open, and prices stay accessible.

It absolutely blows my mind every time I see my music in HMV… Especially when this EP was never ment to be released in the first place!

What began as a Creative Scotland funded writing project accidentally turned into “The Art Of Change” and I could not be more proud of everyone involved!

Some vintage amps are just a pain in the arse to keep sounding sweet, but when they're warmed up and in their sweet spot it more than makes up for all the anguish. This 1978 Twin Reverb is definitely one of those amps and she's sounding gooood 🧘‍♂️
