There’s been SO much going on in the background, and one of the biggest projects I’ve tackled recently has been overhauling my entire project management system for the agency.

If you’ve ever had to switch up your workflow, you’ll know this is no small task! I was torn between Notion, ClickUp, and X Tiles, but after a lot of trial and error, I’ve finally settled on X Tiles as my go-to tool.
