Aquarius Creative is expanding, and we are on the lookout for a talented ‘Social Media Assistant’ with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a brand or agency role. If you are passionate about social media, creative content, and driving impactful online strategies, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule posts and stories, crafting compelling copy for various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
* Identify and connect with influencers who align with the brand values across Instagram and TikTok.
* Generate engaging content, encompassing photos, videos, and graphics, to enhance brand presence and engagement.
* Analyse social media performance metrics to refine and optimise overall strategy.
* Collaborate closely with the influencer marketing team to execute effective campaigns.
* Implement digital marketing and content strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of our diverse clientele.

Qualifications:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a social media role within a brand or agency setting.
* Proven ability to create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms.
* Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and analytics platforms.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
* A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Influencer Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing influencers signed to the agency, working on events and campaigns along with managing the influencer management team and implementing strategies to grow the department. Applications are now open for those with a minimum of 2 years' experience within the influencer marketing industry. This is a full time role based in our Glasgow office.
