Be pursuing a four-year bachelor’s degree or two year master’s degree in the above listed subject areas
Hold a confirmed admission offer from HEC recognised university in Pakistan
*** For masters/MPhil degree, you must be enrolled or have an admission letter from any university in Pakistan. Currently enrolled students can also apply. For example, even if you have started second years of masters, you can apply

ڀارت جي چنڊ گاڏي ’چندريان-3’ ڪاميابيءَ سان چند جي سطح تي لٿي آهي. آمريڪا، روس ۽ چين کان پوءِ ڀارت چنڊ تي پهچڻ وارو دنيا جو چوٿون ملڪ ۽ چنڊ جي ڏاکڻي قطب تي لينڊ ڪرڻ وارو پهريون ملڪ بڻجي ويو آهي. چندريان هندي ۽ سنسڪرت زبان ۾ ’چنڊ گاڏيءَ’ کي چوندا آهن. سال 2019 ۾ ’انڊين اسپيس رسرچ آرگينائزيشن’ ( Indian Space Research Organization) جو ’چندريان-2’ چنڊ تي لهڻ دوران تباه ٿيو هو. ڀارت جي ’چندريان-3’ کي 14 جولاءِ 2023 تي چنڊ ڏانهن موڪليو ويو هو. چنڊ جي مدار ۾ داخل ٿيڻ کان اڳ ’چندريان ٿري’ ڪيترن ڏينهن تائين زمين جي مدار ۾ گردش ڪندي رهي. ان کان اڳ سومر ڏينهن روس جو ساڳئي قسم جو مشن ’لونا-25’ چنڊ تي لهڻ جي ڪوشش دوران تباه ٿي ويو هو. چندريان-ٿري’ کي چنڊ جي ڏاکڻين قطب تي لاٿو ويو جنهن کي هڪ مشڪل مرحلو خيال ڪيو ويندو آهي، ڇو ته اتي جي سطح غير هموار آهي جنهن جي ڪري ڪنهن مشين جو اتي لهڻ ڏکيو آهي. ڏکڻ قطب چنڊ جو اهڙو حصو آهي جيڪو اونداهو ۽ تمام ٿڌو آهي. سائنس دانن جو خيال آهي ته ان تراکڙي علائقي ۾ هيٺاهان کامان ۽ کاهيون آهن جتي پاڻي برف جي شڪل ۾ موجود آهي. چنڊ جي ڏاکڻين قطب تي لهڻ ڀارت کي حقيقت ۾ اها کوجنا ڪرڻ جو موقعو ڏيندو ته ڇا اتي پاڻي برف جي شڪل ۾ موجود آهي؟ هن چيو ته هيءُ چنڊ جي زمين تي گڏيل انگن اکرن ۽ سائنس جي لاءِ تمام مکيه معاملو آهي.

Setting foot on the moon is possible with investments in education, science & research. India allocated 2.9% of GDP for education, whereas Pak 1.7% spending is South Asia's lowest. Prioritizing educational investment is crucial for a scientific advancement. In Pakistan's higher education landscape, financial corruption, nepotism, plagiarism, and fraudulent research papers are stark realities. A staggering 90 percent of educators in public universities lack a deep understanding of their subjects and display minimal interest in staying updated. Their primary focus is their salary. Meaningful discussions on cutting-edge scientific developments are nearly absent among teachers. Reading materials other than required textbooks is a rare sight. Students face frustration due to educators struggling with even fundamental concepts. In contrast, esteemed institutions like MIT, Harvard, Princeton, Stanford, and Cambridge often have Indian-educated deans and professors, whereas Pakistani representation remains notably absent across various disciplines. In primary and secondary education, key issues encompass (1) shortage of trained science teachers and inadequate preparedness of teachers, (2) lack of resources (laboratories, teaching materials), (3) low quality of textbooks and examinations.
