Stuart Leggate murdered 9 year old Mark Cummings and dumped his body in a rubbish bin. In June 2004 he was sentenced to a minimum of 20 years in prison. That means he is eligible for parole in June 2024. Our latest guest on Crime Time Inc is Martin Lupton who was a Policeman and crime scene photographer in 2004. He spent the night taking photos and gathering evidence from the crime scene where young Mark's body was found. He also took the photo of Stuart Leggate that you see above.
