🎙️ REFRESHERS WEEK EVENT! 🎙️

We would love to see you at our slam poetry open mic night with cheese and wine 🍷🧀. Whether you would like to read some of your own poetry or come along and listen (and eat the cheese and drink some wine of course), everybody is welcome! Hello everyone 👋🏻 hope you are all doing good! We are so excited to announce that our annual fundraiser ceilidh with .ostem is happening this Friday, November 17th! 🕺🪩 This will take place at 7.30pm in the Dining Hall ⭐️

This year we are raising money for , who offer advocacy and support in Scotland, aiming to promote equality and rights for everyone whatever their gender identity is 🏳️‍⚧️

We are so excited to get on our favourite tartan pieces and have a good old dance, hope to see you all there😎! Please find the link to purchase tickets in our bio - they cost £8 and include a raffle ticket! Otherwise raffle tickets will cost £2 each or £10 for 6, if you’re feeling lucky or have your eyes on one of our fabulous prizes 👀🤞🏻

Hello beautiful people of G-You!

Look we know you’re all probably stressed with exams and deadlines approaching but it’s important to take short breaks and step away from your work, even if just for a little while, as it’s said to make you more productive! 📖

For that reason, we are hosting a de-stress event in the GUU Drawing Room this Friday, December 2nd, at 4pm 💌🧘🏽

We will be making festive holiday greeting cards to get into the holiday spirit and also to try to take some of the stress off our shoulders that exam season brings! Hope to see you there! 🎁🎄

LGBT Youth Scotland is a Scottish youth organisation dedicated to the inclusion of le***an, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) young people from 13 to 25 year of age in Scotland and all funds from this event will be going to them.

We are so pleased to be welcoming Mae Diansangu for our second event of the year to celebrate Black History Month!

This coming Tuesday in the GUU Dining Room, the genderqueer icon and poet will be reading some of their phenomenal poetry and speaking to us about how they celebrate their queerness and Black history all year round! See you there!
