My work colleague is really great. Super supportive, no matter what you're going through. He's also very cuddly and will give you affection on demand. Doesn't make much noise unless someone rings the door bell, but that's just because he is very protective. 10/10 would recommend him, he definitely wins employee of the month (even though he doesn't actually do any work!).

I know outsourcing seems scary, but hear me out...

Your business is your baby. Giving control to someone else feels like a huge step, and it is; but trust me, it's a step well worth taking.

Let's chat about a few ways in which outsourcing tasks can help your business grow. 🌱

- VAs are cheaper to hire than traditional, in house employees. That's a fact. There are no sick days, holiday pays, or insurance fees to cover. Outsourcing to a Virtual Assistant simply means you're deligating tasks you're not fond of, or don't have time for, to someone else. Their insurance, hours, and holiday days are their responsibility, not yours.

- You only pay for the work that a VA actually does. Most VA's use time time tracking apps such as Toggl to record their working times so you can be sure you're not overpaying. Reputable VA's will always be happy to show you a break down or a report that shows the hours they've worked, and what tasks they were concentrating on at the time. Just be sure to let your VA know that's something you want to see before they start working on your tasks.

- Outsourcing allows you maximise your productivity. The tasks you hate, find challenging, or just don't have time for can be deligated to someone else, freeing up all that time for you. With all those extra hours, you can concentrate on getting the tasks that you're passionate about, whether they be things like creating content, drawing up new products, or taking stock photos.

- Not all VAs are the same. Some offer specialised skills in writing, for example: copywriting, blog writing, caption creation, and email campaign copy. Others are graphic design pros and create stunning Instagram and Pinterest images. VAs usually choose an area to niche down into, making them experts in that field.

- Most importantly, however, you'll find that outsourcing your tasks to a Virtual Assistant gives you a far better work/life balance. Owning a business can become all-consuming very quickly and it is easy to feel overwhelmed and struggle to keep track of the important things in life. VAs can help relieve some of that stress and help you find a balance that works for you.

💠It has just been announced that Facebook have changed their name to Meta as part of a huge rebranding operation.

💠Zuckerberg has said that big name apps such as Facebook and Instagram will now be part of the new "metaverse-focused parent company".

💠Could this mean new, BETTER features are on the way? We've already had lots of additional (long overdue) features roll out on IG this week, could this be the beginning of a new era of social media?
