If we all took the opportunity to reflect on the moments that we struggled with, we would all come to realize that everything happens for purpose and reason.

There is not one event that has occurred in our lives that didn't teach us something invaluable that we could end up utilizing as a tool today.

Our progression through life is often looked at as a debilitating circumstance that causes us to feel as if we are coming to an ending point but in all actuality everything that has happened is an opportunity for a new beginning.

Each new moment, breath and movement is an opportunity to bring out the beginning of a new you and a new level of consciousness.

There is no reverting back to a level of consciousness that you once were at but all the ability to move forward to an elevated state of consciousness that allows you to feel empowered, motivated, alive and most importantly... Loved.

Love is the ultimate possession each and every soul being has been gifted on the arrival here on earth. It is a permanent, ingrained essence of whom we are. Unlock this essence and life will dramatically become clearer and more beautiful.
