2023 Weddings - Sophie & Craig This wedding was on another level for so many reasons, mainly due to the sheer number of random personal connections I had to it. So, to a wedding where the bride was a friend from the fitness sector circles, the flower girl is in the same class as my son & the wedding was held in the village I went to school in. What a day though, situated on the family farm surrounded by barley that was just begging for a golden hour shoot. And despite all our doubts, that golden ten min arrived and we shot the hell out of it. So, hold on to the end for that light. 2023 Weddings - Jessica & Fraser I have filmed a lot of weddings, heard a lot of excellent readings; some excellent writing, some masterfully delivered. But nothing I have seen, in my personal opinion, surpasses the piece that Jess’s brother did for them. It was superbly written and delivered. So much so that I built the edit around it. And it was matched by the quality of the day. Two wonderful people and their cracker of a wee boy, surrounded by a whole host of good eggs. A good one.
