It’s the annual trend that you have to know about.

The TikTok generation (I’m not just saying GenZ, because the app’s user average age is quickly changing) are very much focussing on self-improvement, while recording their journey.

The trend involves using the colder months to set & work towards goals, INSTEAD of waiting for New Year. It’s a proactive focus on self discipline for an intentional period. This is a trend I can see the majority of the app’s users taking part it.
