Dear God.

Horrible state to be in. John and I back in the day, back of a cab, back from the pub after our Friday radio program. It finished at 7pm and we made it a tradition to go straight to Mathers Bar on Broughton Street to make a nuisance of ourselves. I blame him. He blames me. Fact is we were as bad as each other. Still are… meeting tomorrow to record the January podcast … there may be trouble ahead….

30 years John and Alison
have known each other and about half of those years they have spent Hogmanay together.

2023/2024 knees up at a party in Edinburgh was a hootenany deluxe.

Strangely Alison looks like a giant and John a Borrower in this pic but still it’s
better than the one taken around at 3am both sprawled on a couch speaking utter claptrap.
