Always a brilliant way to end the airshow. We're excited to be playing the party tunes to get you ready for the Firework Finale.

A colourful 30th anniversary firework finale will bring Airbourne to a close at 9pm on 18 August 🎆

There will be a few surprises throughout the display including a dazzling 750ft high sequence, a red and gold D-Day tribute in recognition of the 80th anniversary year, and a spectacular red, white and blue homage to the Red Arrows diamond anniversary.

Sponsored by the Eastbourne Hospitality Association and Frontier Fireworks, the display will take place on Wish Tower beach with Radio Airbourne, sponsored by Caffyns, getting the party started from 8pm.

Eastbourne......thank you!

You have been amazing. It has been a pleasure to bring you the 2023 Airbourne: Eastbourne International Airshow online, on Alexa and on FM. We have been inundated with positive feedback about the coverage this year, so thank you for listening, for your messages and for popping in to see us on the Western Lawns.

A couple of quick thank you's from us; to Caffyns Group and all our sponsors for supporting the station once again, to Ian and his team from Accord Audio for their support, to the Events and Marketing team at Eastbourne Borough Council for welcoming us back again to be part of the airshow, to all the people and display teams who joined us.

Next year will be the 30th Anniversary of Airbourne so we're already thinking about how we can make it extra special. See you there.
