The rain is thundering down outside and the leaves are messing up the garden. It really is Autumn.

Time to get cosy in a knitted dress. This one is a few years old now and is from Wes Streeting arehouse. I think the colours work really well this time of year.

3 years on and still keeping the weight off! 💪💪

So it's been 3 years since I was told I had Type 2 diabetes and needed to do something about it. It's not easy and I do slip but I am hanging on in there!

Three years into my grey hair journey. 🧓👵

I spent so many years covering up my greys that I didn't realise what a lovely colour my natural hair was. It's a bit like ripping up the lino and finding a beautiful wooden floor underneath!

I don't know about others of you in my age group but I have found that my eyelashes are not what they were. I really don't want to go down the fake lash route.

Let's face it dentistry in Britain wasn't great in the 50s, 60s and 70s when I was growing up. I had the honour of having a dentist that filled my teeth without an injection! Loving my long grey hair. Just love the way I can ring the changes. Straight, curly, up or down. However, since going grey the texture has really changed and it can definitely look wild if I am not careful. There are some great tools on offer these days to help tame our hair.
