Who wants to look and feel fantastic?

I am the proof you can. After a long haul back from illness I had gained weight and just wasn't who I wanted to be. Then being diagnosed type 2 diabetes i thought enough was enough. So I began the 1:1 Diet, with doubts might I add. I had tried many diets in the past all losing a few lbs and then being stuck. After my first week on the 1:1 diet I had so much energy!! I could finally walk the wee one to nursery without being breathless. And I was sleeping better too. I carried on enjoying the delicious products and in just 2 months I had lost 26lbs. 🥳 I felt amazing, my energy was better, my skin was better and weight was melting off. 🫠

This made me want to help others like me who have tried and tried but can't find the right fix. With me you will get 1:1 support when you need it and even just a natter!
