The Go Swim event at Loch Lomond Shores on Saturday saw 975 swimmers take to the water swimming distances between 250 metres and 10,000 metres.
Phil caught up with Andy from Borders Water Rescue Team after he had completed the 10,000 metre course. Well done Andy! What an achievement!

Dumbarton residents are being urged to give blood as donation service urges locals to fill their sessions.
The Scottish National Blood Transfusion Service - SNBTS is asking locals to attend their latest sessions and give blood to those in need.
Sessions are being held today, 3rd September, and tomorrow, 4th September between 1.30pm and 3.30pm and at 5pm to 7.30pm at the Concorde CE Centre.

Due to essential resurfacing works taking place, Erskine Ferry Road Recycling Centre in Old Kilpatrick will be closed from Tuesday 3rd until Friday 6th September inclusive. It will reopen over the weekend but will again close on Monday 9th and Tuesday 10th September.
Residents will still be able to use the recycling centre at Dalmoak Recycling Centre however van bookings at both sites will be suspended during this time.
The work has been scheduled in order to minimise disruption to residents.
