Need some help working out how all those BBC Children in Need donations are adding up? Then children at schools within Odyssey Collaborative Trust can help! At Portway Junior School, pupils were doing charity maths challenges while at Beaufort Primary School they were guessing how many toys were in the jar! 🐻 💰 Great to see staff donning their Pudsey ears too!!

Chuffed to share that three of our Penguin PR clients have been featured on the BBC this week! 🎉 And it’s only Wednesday.

Staff from Royal School for the Deaf Derby were on the BBC News 📺 tonight talking about teaching to firefighters.

While Rachel Liew from Sam's Superheroes - now a registered charity - was chatting on BBC Derby 📻 earlier today.

She followed in the very successful footsteps of Art Lindop who yesterday told listeners how his company Alphageek is helping clients prepare for .

We’re incredibly proud to support these brilliant charities and individuals, and can’t wait to see the impact their exposure will have.

Sarah is setting off on her three-day scooter challenge in the morning. Birmingham to Mickleover to raise money in memory of five-year-old Sam Liew.

There’s not an electric scooter in sight, it really stings when you bash your ankle and it's seriously hard work going up hills.

You can read more about this epic challenge - and maybe make a donation - in the comments below. Thank you.

Can any of our Penguin friends help with this request? Our Sarah is taking part in this epic scooter challenge along with around 40 others. Your support would be greatly appreciated!

Can you help us with our scoot team supplies for Sam's charity kick scoot this weekend? We need to keep our team energised and hydrated while they are on their 50 mile, 3-day scoot! Support from individuals or businesses gratefully appreciated!

We will need to pick up Thursday evening of this week.

Thank you so much.

Absolutely amazing piece from BBC News East Midlands Today about the supreme efforts of Paul Robinson from Risley who is undertaking the world's toughest triathlon this month to raise money for vital research into Motor Neurone Disease. This report tells the story perfectly. Please do share and if you can donate to Paul's fundraising we're sure that will spur him on when he undertakes what has been dubbed the unthinkable ... the triathlon involves running from London to Dover; swimming the English Channel, then cycling from Calais to Paris! Unbelievable challenge. https://www.justgiving.com/page/paul-robinson-1708769374932
