A special day yesterday providing live camera coverage for an event in Durham Cathedral.

Working with The CDB Group, we were there to provide big screen coverage around the cathedral to enhance the experience for the audience who were listening and watching Handel, Messiah.

We had 2 manned Sony FX6 and our 3 PTZ remote cameras in action providing full coverage of the orchestra, choir and soloists.

The idea was a LIVE Magic Mirror for a Snow White pantomime…the outcome was magical! ✨

We have spent the last couple of weeks with Stars - St Augustine's Repertory Society providing the magical mirror! We created custom transitions to enable the mirror to seamlessly come to life when needed, all triggered from Qlab to sync up sound fx and video.

Everything was displayed in portrait in the theatre and allowed the cast to interact live with the mirror and Alfie who was sat in front of the camera every night, performing each show.

Well done to the cast and production team 🍎👏🏻

🎥🎄As the Pantomimes come to an end for the 2024 season, it’s been another busy, hilarious and fun time filming for Tom Rolfe Productions - Blue Genie Entertainment - AJ Theatrical Productions Ltd - top class productions as always from everyone!

We produce a range of video content for our clients. From artwork, video launch promos, social media video content, character promos and full production promo videos. We also film full shows for production archives. We do it all!

The venues that welcome us in are the best! The Witham, Princess Alexandra Auditorium, Yarm, Blackburn Empire Theatre, Hartlepool Town Hall Theatre & Playhouse Whitley Bay - always so accommodating!

Next years promo production will be starting very soon for some! It’s always Christmas! 🎄🎥
