At the start of the month London based singer and songwriter Chris Read released a four track EP which includes a song written for his son Theo, who was diagnosed with Down Syndrome at birth.

Chris will be talking to Janice about the song and his inspirational approach to caring for Theo.

Saints have officially announced the appointment of Simo Valakari as their new head coach.

The former Motherwell player has won honours in Finland and Latvia as a manager. He has signed a three year deal at McDiarmid Park until 2027.
