Oh my. These are class 😍

Cookie biscuits sandwiched together with jam and rolled in coconut 😍

Ingredients:
Butter
1 egg
Self raising flour
Caster sugar
Icing sugar
Dessicated coconut
Strawberry Jam

Preheat oven to 200°

A great recipe to get using up the baileys over Christmas 🎄

Ingredients:
Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur
Plain flour
Baking soda
Espresso powder
Cinnamon
Butter
Dark brown sugar
Granulated sugar
Eggs
Vanilla
Chocolate chips

🥣𝗕𝗔𝗞𝗘𝗔𝗟𝗢𝗡𝗚 - 𝗕𝗨𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗗 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗦𝗟𝗢𝗪 𝗖𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗘𝗥 𝗛𝗢𝗧 𝗖𝗛𝗢𝗖𝗢𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗘🥣

This is the perfect treat for these cold evenings!

Without trying to put myself out of business (please still buy my hot chocolate bombs lol) this slow cooker hot chocolate is something else! And the shortbread...literally melts in your mouth. Unreal!

I have added marshmallows to the top of the hot chocolate and then I have topped the shortbread with chopped strawberries and melted white chocolate 😍😍

Shortbread ingredients:
Plain flour
Corn flour
Icing sugar
Butter

Hot chocolate:
Dark chocolate
Milk chocolate
Double cream
Milk
Marshmallows

How festive is this!? Tastes amazing and so easy to make!!!!

INGREDIENTS:
2 Packets of ready to roll puff pastry
Nutella
1 egg (for egg wash)

I have decorated mine with M&Ms and smarties!

🍪 𝗕𝗔𝗞𝗘𝗔𝗟𝗢𝗡𝗚 - 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗕𝗶𝘀𝗰𝘂𝗶𝘁 𝗖𝗮𝗸𝗲 🍪

This has been a long time coming, but it's finally here and after many requests for this bakealong! IT TASTES AMAZING!

I have used kinder chocolate and beunos along with cookies but this can be changed to whatever chocolate and biscuits you prefer! Just stick to the chocolate and condensed milk ratios!

Ingredients:

250g salted block butter
300g milk chocolate
200g dark chocolate
400g chocolate chip cookies
1 can of condensed milk
200g kinder bars
6 kinder Buenos

Topping:
200g milk chocolate
2 kinder buenoes

Looking for a delicious and easy appetizer for your next gathering? Try these Cheesy Bacon Ranch Pinwheels!

Ingredients:

- 225 grams cream cheese, softened
- 60 ml ranch dressing
- 120 grams finely shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 pieces bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 tablespoon minced chives
- Flour tortillas (6 small or 3 large)

Directions:

1. Prepare Cream Cheese Mixture: Blend the softened cream cheese with ranch dressing until smooth.

2. Add Fillings: Incorporate the cheddar cheese, chopped bacon, and minced chives into the mixture.

3. Spread and Roll: Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortillas, then roll them up tightly.

4. Slice: Cut the rolled tortillas into 2.5 cm pieces using a sharp knife.

5. Serve: Chill the pinwheels before serving and enjoy at your next gathering!
