Went boujee with the wellies as sometimes, we just want ‘leggings and a nice wellie boot’ season

Disney on Ice 2025 - the first year I felt Olivia was ready for it! We left school at 3:30, drove to the tram at East Didsbury to Victoria, and made it just in time for the 5.30 opening night start!

A bucket of sweet popcorn demolished, flashing lights purchased, and screaming in excitement at the princesses … fast asleep in the car for 8.30pm 😅

Loved it - such a brilliant experience for Disney lovers! Showing at this week + weekend (pr invite)

I got ‘stretched’ and it actually felt so damn good 😅

I’ve never heard of a service like this before, have you?! .uk is a clinically led 1-2-1 assisted stretching studio, aiming to help the nation improve flexibility, posture, mobility, muscle health and overall wellness and fitness. And it’s just opened in Manchester!

My therapist was brilliant, starting with a massage machine before stretching every limb at angles I didn’t know existed 😅 she identified the tightness in my lower legs and neck, and it made me realise just how inflexible I am 😅

You leave with a full health report from their scanners, identifying stronger areas and weaker areas - apparently my ankles and shoulders could do with some strengthening up. Better get to work then!

Nostalgia for me - I grew up going to in Oldham as a real treat when I was 5 years old upwards. So when I was asked to try their new winter menu, of course I was gonna bring it back to where I grew up and bring along the ones who used to take me - my parents!

With Tyler in tow too; we all had a round of drinks, 2 courses and coffees and the bill came to around £100 for a very wholesome dinner for 4 of us. There’s something heartwarming about returning to a family friendly Beefeater - you always get lots of choice, big portions, value for money and a laid back setting perfect for all ages!

As a place I grew up going when I was a little, it was super lovely to return with my family ❤️

LED red light therapy masks won’t work, unless you do!

If you’re prepared to use them consistently- around 3/4 times a week for 8-10 min sessions, you can expect to see:

• a great improvement to skin tone
• reduced inflammation, redness and breakouts
• slow and gradual easing of fine lines
• a fresher and healthier looking complexion

They say several weeks for an up to 30% easing of fine lines and wrinkles, so guys, I am here for it! I mean, I have to say I don’t notice my crows feet as much as I used to, but time will tell as I’m just less than 2 months in.

Red light therapy has so much science backed research behind it now and the way the red light stimulates collagen and healing is pretty amazing. You just have to remember it’s low levels for your at-home devices, so you gotta stay consistent! I keep the mask at my bedside and I do 10 minutes around 4 times a week, I’d love to say I do this while readying or meditating, I’m just scrolling my phone usually 😅

Starting from scratch - but with £50. What would I buy?

OK this is hard because a few of my faves take it over budget. So this isn’t perfect, butttttt:

1. Balm/cream/oil first cleanse. oat cleanser is a great budget one. £8-£9 usually on offer.

2. Liquid/gel second cleanse. Find the cleanser for your skin type (I’d pick hydrating) Again usually £8-£10 on offer

3. Liquid exfoliant - this one takes me over budget so suggesting a 10ml to trial. 2% BHA toner is the queen. You don’t have to use it daily. (10ml is £10-£12)

4. Mist. Before applying products + throughout the day. is the one, but you can get a cheaper one if needed. Usually £9 ish on offer

5. This also takes me over the budget so join their first time buyer offers for - they offer amazing discounted rates for the first purchase. Honestly their night treatment with tret suitable for your skin is brilliant - again you don’t have to use every night. (You can get half price offers of £14.99 if you research!)

Budget backups: skin food light (or normal for dry skin), cicalfate as a night cream for sensitive skin, for first time offers.

There’s SO many good ones but squeezing them into a full regime for under £50 is hard 😅 but can be done esp as they are all usually reduced somewhere or offer smaller size bottles ✨

24 hours to glow up ✨ 3 little tricks to get glowing, fresh faced + gorgeous with 1 day to go…

1. A hydrogel mask - dripping with goodness!these are also known as ‘LED compatible glass skin hydrogel masks’ and I had to share this one by ✨ They work beneath an LED mask and literally give that glass skin look when you remove the mask and dab the serum into the skin. Multi-peptide complex and repairing Edelweiss stem cell extract for plumping, brightening and enhancing collagen.

2. Sticking to the same brand (because both their face masks and eye masks are exceptional) the hydrogel eye masks. SO cooling, soothing and brightening. Puffiness just goes like 💨 Also, they feature collagen + retinol so the ingredients are just A class.

3. Here I go again banging on about a face mist! The supercharged barrier restoring essence mist from had to feature because it’s 2% niacinamide is brilliant for brightening, and the blend of 9 peptides help firm + plump. Watch the reel for my mist and makeup trick! Eassssssy glowing skin ✨

Extra tip - throw in the LED mask! I’m using the mask on this particular reel. Glow girls GLOW!

One year of running - what an incredible year! My mission was simple: to get mum’s from all across Cheshire East (which is quite a large region!) out of their house with their little ones, to make local mum friends while doing mum led activities.

Baby groups are brilliant, and it’s so nice to balance them out with something tailored to mums. Brunch in a beautiful venue, hot barista coffees, coffee clubs with a chance to chat to a sleep expert, mum and baby friendly yoga and pilates, walking clubs with coffee and cake, pizza lunches, new places to discover, new mum friends to make.

I’d be totally lost without my mum friends - parenting without that network wasn’t an option. I had to go out and find it. But it’s easier said than done, which is where TMC Cheshire East comes in. From Wilmslow + Alderley Edge, Macclesfield + Congleton, to Nantwich + Sandbach and beyond … all I’ve wanted was to make sure mums have a fun, relaxed and safe space to spend their mornings.

Thank you to every venue that has hosted us, every photographer and creative who has captured our mums with their littles, every brand who has joined us, and every mum who has stepped into the community. I cannot wait for the next year! “You Can Sit With Us”

If you’re serious about anti-aging… you might want to ditch the foundations that contain SPF 😯

I need to practice what I preach more. I’ve spent a long time relying on my CC cream that says it has SPF 50 in. But after doing a lot of research and learning from a derm, you’re never going to get the proper anti-aging protection that an SPF specific product has.

I absolutley love the prism protection SPF 50. It has added ingredients that boost skin health which is an added bonus! I was using a different brand, but I put it into yuka app and it put me off (if you know Yuma app, you know yuka!).

I wonder how many times in this video I say ‘SPF first product’ 😅😅 it just makes such a difference so I had to shout about it!
