Colchester castle 🏰

Colchester Castle is a Norman castle in Colchester, Essex, England, dating from the second half of the eleventh century. The keep of the castle is mostly intact and is the largest example of its kind anywhere in Europe, due to its being built on the foundations of the Roman Temple of Claudius, Colchester.

Ingredients 60 large vine leaves fresh (in season) or from a jar Few more vine leaves to cover the bottom of the pot 300 gms mince chicken breast,200 ml olive oil 100 grams of tomato paste dissolved in 200 grams of water 100 grams of glazed rice 250 grams of dry onions1 bunch of chopped parsley1/2 bunch of fresh mint 2 – 3 lemons 200 grams of canned tomatoes,Salt and white pepper as needed
